For the purpose of this Refund Policy:
  • “Company” (referred to as “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) refers to Mobility Intelligence Softwares.
  • “Orders” refer to your request to purchase installation or services from Us.
  • “Website” refers to Mobility Intelligence Softwares, accessible at https://misoftwares.in/.
  • “You” refers to the individual, company, or legal entity accessing or using the service.
  • “Codecanyon” refers to the international marketplace where we offer our products, applications, and software.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once the project begins and payment is made as per the agreement, the amount is non-refundable. However, since we provide a service that does not start immediately, You may request a refund within 24 hours of payment. If the installation or customization process is already in progress and a new version of the software is released on CodeCanyon, We are not obligated to upgrade the installation or customization to the latest version. Additionally, We are not responsible for any issues that arise if You apply updates to your system yourself. If You require assistance with upgrading your system, it must be handled as a separate request.

Support Policy

Support will not be provided after the installation or customization process is completed. However, before the application is released or during the customization process, You are entitled to two revision requests. No further revisions will be accepted after the application is released or the codebase is handed over to You. By placing an order for any of our Installation/Customization services, You acknowledge that You have carefully read and understood these policies. This also confirms that You agree to and fully accept the terms outlined. If You do not agree with these terms and policies, We kindly ask You not to proceed with the order.

Extended Support Policy

At Misoftwares, we offer 6 months of free technical support from the date of purchase for any software source code purchased through CodeCanyon. This support covers assistance with technical issues related to the software source code. Please note that the extended support period is strictly limited to technical issue resolution and does not include customization, development, or consulting services.
